This morning I was busy making granola when Tamara, who lives down the street from me, knocked on my door with a gift in hand. She is one of my girls from my Kananaskis Information Centres days, but is now a hiking and ski guide and does amazing trips. Needless to say I am very proud of her. We had a great visit. Her mother-in-law, Mary Ann, sometimes hikes with my group. Since I can’t eat milk chocolate Tamara thought up a different Easter gift as you can see.
P.S. That wasn’t the best granola recipe as some of it stuck to the pan. The previously made recipe was better.
