After spending most of the day inside i went out the back door and walked over to the creek. On my way back i tripped on flood debris with one foot and slid on icy snow with the other foot and went flying. As soon as I landed I knew something bad happened. It was very difficult to get up with only one arm working. I got in the house, my boots off and called three people before I found someone home. I called 911 and was rescued by three paramedics and taken to Canmore hospital where I stayed for 4 days. Krystyna and Fran have helped me out. Here I am bundled up, my shoulder and arm are trussed up.
